Very well situated, our Estate Agency is found in the centre of Santa Eulalia, in the main street, near to the Town Hall square and the  Paseo S’Alamera which goes down to the sea. 

With more than 15 years experience in Ibiza, we offer a wide range of products that cover, studios, apartments, houses – detached or terraced, luxurious and exceptional villas, businesses, commercial properties, land in all of the island.

Our seriousness and professionalism has merited  the confidence of many new owners wishing to sell and more than 1.200  clients looking for properties. 

To assure the smooth running of the purchase / sale process we advise our clients and if necessary we introduce them to a Consultancy,  selected for its competence and solid reputation,  with the aim of assisting in the dealing with the authorities and officialdom

Gail Villar, the proprietor of the Estate Agency, has lived in Ibiza for 25 years and has been in the office for 20 years, as an Asesor Fiscal before opening the Estate Agency in 1997
